The captain’s decision on all matters of safety and navigation is final. All guests must comply with instructions from the captain or crew at all times.
A comprehensive safety briefing is provided before departure. Guests must listen carefully and are encouraged to ask questions if anything is unclear.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
Smoking or vaping is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (rear deck). Ashtrays must be used, and smoking guests must be respectful of others.
Littering in the sea is strictly prohibited. Please dispose of all waste responsibly using onboard bins.
Do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper in the toilets.
Please consume alcohol responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
YachtOn accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought on board.
Guests must inform YachtOn prior to booking of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities.
We take every reasonable measure to provide a safe and enjoyable yachting experience, but guests must understand that yachting is considered an adventure activity that comes with inherent risks. All crew members are First Aid certified, and each vessel is equipped with a comprehensive medical kit.
By booking, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with marine excursions and agree that YachtOn, its staff, and partners will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or incidents that may occur.
We strongly recommend that all guests arrange their own personal travel insurance, particularly for medical emergencies.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

No reservations are considered confirmed until full payment is received.
More than 48 hours before: 80% refund
24–48 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund
30–10 days before: 50% of the full amount is non-refundable
9–1 days before: 100% of the full amount is non-refundable
No-shows or same-day cancellations: no refund
This includes any payments made for food, drinks, services, or additional customisations.
All YachtOn vessels are fully insured for:
Third-party liability
Hull & machinery
Environmental & marine safety
However, personal travel insurance is highly recommended for coverage of unexpected events or emergencies.
